Privacy Policy

BatchKit is designed so your images stay on your device. This policy explains the limited information we do process to provide accounts, purchases and saved settings.

1. Image processing

Images you choose in BatchKit are processed locally in your browser. BatchKit does not upload, store or inspect those image files on our servers as part of the normal image-processing workflow.

2. Account information

If you sign in, we process your email address, an internal account identifier, authentication session information and your plan status. Authentication and account storage are provided using Supabase.

3. Saved presets

Lifetime Pro users may save processing presets to their account. Presets contain tool settings such as resize dimensions, format choices and similar configuration values. They do not contain your image files.

4. Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. BatchKit does not receive or store your full payment-card number. We receive limited order information needed to activate or restore Lifetime Pro, such as order identifiers, amount, currency, test/live status and the BatchKit account identifier attached to the checkout.

5. Local storage and cookies

BatchKit and its authentication provider may use browser storage or essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember necessary session state. We do not use your image files for advertising and we do not sell personal information.

6. Service providers

We use service providers only where needed to operate BatchKit, including Supabase for authentication/database services, Cloudflare for website delivery and Lemon Squeezy for payments and transaction administration. Their processing is also subject to their own privacy terms.

7. Retention

Account information and saved presets are retained while your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes and maintain transaction records. Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations.

8. Your choices and rights

You may stop using BatchKit at any time. You may also request access, correction or deletion of account information where applicable. To make a privacy request, use the seller/support contact shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt or order page and identify the BatchKit account email concerned.

9. International users

BatchKit is offered internationally. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. Where local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights continue to apply.

10. Children

BatchKit is not directed to children under the age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as BatchKit evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.

This policy describes BatchKit's current product behavior and is not intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
